Click the Register button at the top of any page or visit /register. You will need a valid Pakistan mobile number, a working email address and to confirm you are 18 or older. The registration process takes under two minutes. After verifying your mobile number via OTP, your account is active and ready to use.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and z78 will send you a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to set a new password. The entire process takes under three minutes. Make sure your new password is something unique that you have not used for other accounts.

Make sure your number is entered with the correct +92 country code. Check that your phone has a mobile signal and your SMS inbox is not full. OTPs typically arrive within 30 seconds — if it has not arrived after 60 seconds, request a new one. If delays persist, your network may have a temporary SMS issue. Try switching to email-based login, or contact support if the problem continues.

No. z78 allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it before it becomes an issue.

Multiple failed login attempts can trigger a temporary security lock. Wait 15 minutes before trying again. If the account remains locked, use the password reset option or email support@z78.onl with your account details.
